If he wanted to share ssj, he would've actually showed Gohan how to do it in the 3 years training as he was obviously the strongest base Saiyan there was to not transform. Yet he didnt even though it benefited his and Piccolos sparring greatly, and even though another ssj would make the androids catch hell. Don't let him fool you, if he wanted to win in a team fashion Piccolo would've been taught IT, Gohan would've been taught to transform, and kaioken would've been passed to the humans. hmm so Goku isn't as much of a silly guy as he is a glory-seeking diva? I like this theory

Posts: 5,234 Group: Member Member #6,870 Joined: October 16, 2011	He has a star/hero complex sure. If it was about simply beating the androids post Yardrat, he would have followed Bulmas plan. He agreed with Vegeta and refused to do it that way, If he planned on everyone fighting alongside him sans Vegeta and Piccolo at worst. He would have taught Yamcha/Tien/Krillin kaioken. It's hard to see them not being able to learn it, then learn the multiples and it would have been huge for them to amplify their ki up to 20x in a pinch. If he planned on Piccolo being extra useful you teach him IT as a last resort to get everyone away from the androids or at least himself to protect the dragon balls. If he wanted Piccolo and his sparring to be maximized, you teach Gohan how to transform, but he didnt even show him until ROSAT despite him having the strength to do it as he outstripped the other Saiyans before they transformed. Goku was going to make em his witnesses and fanboys, aka sidekicks, not his equals sans Vegeta who he knew not to tell what to do. Hell if Goku was not going for the glory he would have used IT when his heart first started to get the medicine and then comeback but he refused. He always the chance to get his meds, then take a senzu after to fully heal, but he let it get to he almost died which is why Vegeta said he was a fool. And don't say it's hard to get to Ci Chi, because just like Roshi she has a ki above normal humans

Goku is Goku he aint got the time to teach a technique that anybody would hardly use.. Or he is a bad planner.. And teaching gohan on how to become a super saiyen would damage relations with chichi... I mean she said "you can train Gohan" then she kicked Goku out of the house.. Imagine what she would do if she knew gohan could go blond.. Or one day gohan is just sitting down ahchoo becomes a super saiyen due to the lack of control...... I believe they kept this technique as an exclusive to goku because the Kamehameha wasn't his signature move anymore Kioken was forgotten what else could goku have to himself... It's a goku signature move if you ask me.. And kibitoshi.. And it also comes with a cool background story.. Yup It's all plot.. And this thread is old..

Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball and Naruto	I woulda asked Goku to teach me how to do IT right away if he could, I think Toriyama just wanted him to have it for himself so he could have something unique to him that was really cool. (besides SSJ3 ofc)
